Some of the world’s finest beef cattle, the Charolais breed originates from France. They are praised for their carcass’ high yield and good quality meat.  Their intramuscular fat contributes to the excellent edible quality in their beef cuts.

Our cattle spend their entire lives roaming the lush, green pasture out on the farm. They are not confined to feedlots, crowded in with other animals, or restricted as to when they can eat.
Having free access to a bold creek that runs .9 miles of our farm, our cattle have fresh water available to them all the time.  They are never given antibiotics or growth hormones and we do not use fertilizers or pesticides on our grass.
